How do I know you'll do a professional job?
You'll need to talk to some of our customers and ask them directly if they feel their investment was worth the outcome?

Quality costs a little more ?
If a Web site does not produce the intended oblective, then even a free site is too expensive. Time is money. Your time is valuable and so are your customers. If they can communicate with you better then they can buy more and you will keep them. If you can reach one more prospect per month, just how much is that worth to you? ...times twelve months? ...What if it were two per month? ...or three?

What is involved in building a web site ?
Consultation, design, deliverables,  development, programming, graphic art and testing...that's the simple answer.  It takes many hours of each to do it right. The  most important thing is to begin with clear communications between designer and client. The second phase is consultation to find the real objectives and then tie those to a task list to get the deliverables from the client. With  those, we can begin the design phase with a skeleton of  the site. After getting agreement on the structure then we begin the art cycle.

The designer then meets with the graphic artist and  begins to brainstorm the creative objectives of the site.   From there, the design, programming and testing begin to see that everything works properly on the popular browsers, host server and...then your in business.

Who is the boss ?
The Customer is the boss. That's why we take so long in the preparation and design phases. We want to pay particular attention to the details of your goals and objectives. We know that at this point you don't even have all the questions but with some coaching from our team of consultants, asking a lot of questions, we'll get to the principle points we'll need to make. We want to  discover why you want the site and what you expect  to get out of having a presence on the World Wide Web of the Internet.

When should I see my finished web site?
You should see a small site finished in 4 to 6 weeks and a large site in 8 to 12 weeks. You will see stages of drawings along the way and will meet with the designer and get sign-off privileges on all that we do... in fact we won't proceed until we do. If you deliver all that you promise, i.e. text, pictures, approvals, etc., you will see your site on time. If you delay any of the above processes the deadline will slip by the time you delay. There are occasions when there might be some technical problems with the foreign host server but  those are usually resolved in a few days.
